PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Strip-Off HD is a powerful gel stripper based on formic acid and powerful solvents.
Strip-Off HD has been specially developed for removing the most durable 2-component epoxy and polyurethane coatings and other stubborn paint layers.
Strip-Off HD is a gel-like product which allows for good adhesion on vertical surfaces and longer dwell times.

USE

Strip-Off HD can be used on concrete, stucco, granite, masonry, wood, plastics, glass and metal.
Strip-Off HD do not apply on acid-sensitive surfaces such as marble, limestone and some metals. Always put a test piece in advance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Apply Strip-Off HD undiluted with a brush or roller in a thick layer.
2. Allow the product to work for 30 minutes to 36 hours depending on the temperature and the number of layers of paint. Prevent the product from drying. For long exposure times, cover the surface with foil to prevent drying.
3. Spray the dissolved paint from the substrate with high pressure (50 – 300 bar) and hot water (70 – 90 ° C). Work from the bottom up. Adjust the pressure to the substrate.
4. Scrape off the dissolved paint on sensitive surfaces with a putty knife or plastic scraper.
5. After cleaning, rinse the surface

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Strip-Off HD can be used in all dry weather conditions..

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Consumption is 1-4m2/L, depending on the surface and amount of paint layers.

STORAGE AND STABILTY

Can be kept for at least 24 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a well-ventilated, cool and frost-free place.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Avoid inhalation, provide adequate ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact, wear suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety goggles. In case of inadequate ventilation wear a suitable ABEK filter. When in doubt, always consult the safety data sheet or our R&D department.s.
