GRAFFITIGUARD PERMANENT PRIMER 2C

APPLICATION

Graffitiguard Permanent Primer 2c forms an excellent adhesive and light rust resistant coating specially developed for finishing with Graffitiguard Permanent Primer 2c and Nitocolour 2c anti-graffiti and other protective coating layers can be applied.

5 kg and 10 kg.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The components must be thoroughly mixed completely. Pour component A (resin) completely into the package component B (harder). Scrape the packaging empty with a spatula. Mix at low speed for appr. 3 minutes, such that little foam is produced, and a homogeneous mass in one colour is created. Little by little now, up to 20 percent by weight of water can be added, so the product can be applied by felt roller.

Ambient temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Surface temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Relative humidity: maximum 85% and 3oC above the dew point

DRYING

Dust-dry: 1,5 – 1 hour
Dry: after approx. 6 – 8 hours
Paintable: after 24 hours
Fully cured: after 4 – 7 days

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Consumption approx. 8 -12 m²/l, consumption depends on the roughness and porosity of the surface.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

In original unopened package at least 12 months sustainable. Store in a ventilated, cool frost-free place.
