PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Floorguard is an effective water borne impregnating agent based on silane/siloxane technology.
Floorguard penetrates deep within the surface and makes floors long-lasting water repellent.
Floorguard does not seal the surface and therefore stays100% vapor permeable.
Floorguard has excellent UV- and alkali-resistance.
USE
Floorguard is suitable for making mineral floors water-repellent, such as concrete, tiles and pavers.

PACKAGING

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure that the surface is completely dry.
2. Apply Floorguard undiluted on the surface with a low pressure spray, roller or through the flow method. If necessary, apply a second layer wet-on-wet up to the point of complete saturation.
3. Remove any excess material immediately with a lint-free cloth.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Substrate temperature: maximum 30°C, minimum 10°C
Relative humidity: max. 95% and 3°C above dew point
DRYING
Water repellent: After 2 hours
Dry: After 4 hours
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION
Consumption is 1-2 m2/L. Consumption is influenced by the absorbance and porosity of the surface.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
Can be kept for at least 12 months in original unopened packaging.
Store in a cool, frost-free place.
